Queendom assists with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
We hope that you'll love your item, however in case that you're not happy with one of our products we will issue a refund for your returned item if the return is made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in perfect and resellable condition. Buyer pays for the shipping and must provide a tracking number. Refund will be made by the end of the same day that the item has been received. Please note that once the refund has been issued on our end, it may take up to 10 working days for you to see the refunded funds in your account as this would depend on your bank's processing times.
You can also choose to exchange your item for a different product. If the new product has a higher price, we will contact you to proceed with payment by sending you a Paypal invoice by email.
Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted.
If you've made an error when purchasing, such as entered incorrect shipping details please let us know as soon as possible. The earlier we know about any issues, the more chance we have of reducing any delays in delivering your order.
Please note: Custom orders cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
In case the item is damaged during return shipping, we will not accept the return and you will need to file a complaint with the carrier. In case of damage or if the item has been worn or smells of perfume, we'll return it to you.
We cannot refund shipping costs, credit cards fees nor customs duty fees.
In order to return your item, notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know the reason for returning.
