1. Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

 

Queendom provides free shipping worldwide.  

 

Standard dispatch timeframes are between same day – 2 business days.

 

Once the package is shipped,  Queendom will not track shipments. Tracking is the customer's responsibility. Other than the tracking number that is provided to you, we do not have access to any further information on the location and status of your package.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be incurred by shipments outside of the European Union.

3. Customer Service

 

Queendom is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.

4. Return Policy

Queendom assists with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

We hope that this will not happen, but in case you're not happy with one of our products we will issue a refund for the price of the item you bought once the return is made within 14 calendar days. The item must be undamaged and in resellable condition. Buyer pays for the shipping and must provide a tracking number. Refund will be made once the item is received.

You can also choose to exchange your item for a different product. If the new product has a higher price, we will contact you to proceed with payment by sending you a Paypal invoice by email.

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be accepted.

If you've made an error in purchasing, shipping details please don't hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary hassle. Even better, choose as carefully as you can before hitting that confirmation button.

Please note: Custom orders cannot be exchanged not refunded.

In case the item is damaged during return shipping, we will not accept the return and you will need to file a complaint with the carrier.

We do not refund shipping costs, credit cards fees nor customs duty fees.

5. Return Address

In order to return your item, notify us by email at within 14 days of receiving the package and let us know the reason for returning.​
